LiiN are producer Neil Simons and vocalist/songwriter Mal R.

The duo have not let the lockdown dampen their spirits and indeed their output. Following the release of their debut album ‘Users’ they have been remixing, co-writing, producing, mixing and singing with other artists as well as self-producing their second album, ‘Fentanyl Flowers’.

The album was completed under the constraints of recent times, finding life in the ether between their east & west London studios. Whilst being bona fide synth-geeks the duo limited the use of the quantize switch and embraced freer, more musical recording techniques. The album contains fine contributions from Metronomy’s Olugbenga Adelekan and electronic singer/songwriter SBK01.

LiiN’s debut album Users was met with favourable reviews and coverage, with singles such as Reveal making it to an ‘end of year top tracks’ playlist. You can find their back catalogue on all the usual streaming platforms and their Bandcamp page here.
